Turtyle started with a frustration every man knows — finding clothes that actually fit, actually last, and don't cost a fortune. Too much choice, too little quality, and too many brands designing for somebody else.

So we built something different. From our base in Manchester, we design considered menswear for real life: sharp everyday essentials and pieces that hold their shape, wash after wash. No trends for the sake of it, and no compromise on fit.

01Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders placed within the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping charges. Turtyle currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
02How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days — a total of 4 to 11 business days from purchase to final delivery.
03How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can follow your delivery on our tracking page — please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.
04What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@turtyle.com with your order number and reason — we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions. Returns are sent to Platinum House, 12 Bailey Rd, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 1SA, United Kingdom. Turtyle does not charge any restocking fees.
05When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.
06Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel your order within two (2) hours of purchase by emailing support@turtyle.com. You also have a 30-day cancellation right from receipt of your goods under UK consumer regulations. If your order has already shipped, please follow our return process instead.
07What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via secure encrypted payment gateways. All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP), and payment is collected at the time of placing your order. All prices shown are inclusive of applicable VAT for customers within the UK, with no hidden fees. Checkout uses SSL-encrypted (HTTPS) connections and is PCI DSS compliant — we do not store your full payment details on our servers.
08What if my order arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
Please contact support@turtyle.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and its packaging. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items we cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge.
