Customer Experience Advisor
Customer Experience Advisor
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you're the first and most important point of contact our customers have with Turtyle. You'll handle questions about orders, sizing and fit, delivery, and returns with clarity and care — turning everyday problems into reasons for customers to trust us. Fully remote within the UK.
What you'll do
- Answer customer emails and messages clearly and on time
- Resolve order, sizing, delivery, and return queries end to end
- Spot recurring issues and flag them so we fix the root cause
- Keep our help content and replies accurate and on-brand
What we're looking for
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Calm, patient, and genuinely helpful under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and good judgement
- Experience in e-commerce, menswear, or support is a plus

Social Media & Content Creator
Social Media & Content Creator
You'll own how Turtyle shows up across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond — planning and creating content, building a genuine connection with our community, and using what you learn to keep getting better. You'll shape our brand voice, spot menswear trends early, and help turn an engaged audience into loyal customers.
What you'll do
- Plan, create, shoot, and schedule content across our channels
- Grow and engage our community every day
- Develop and protect a consistent brand voice and look
- Track performance and turn insights into stronger content
What we're looking for
- A sharp eye for menswear style, trends, and storytelling
- Strong writing skills and a feel for brand voice
- Hands-on experience growing social channels
- Comfortable creating and lightly editing photo and video

E-commerce Operations Coordinator
E-commerce Operations Coordinator
Based at our Manchester office, you'll be the engine room of Turtyle — making sure orders flow smoothly from checkout to doorstep, coordinating with our fulfilment centre, keeping stock accurate, and solving the day-to-day operational puzzles that keep customers happy.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily order processing and coordinate fulfilment
- Monitor stock levels and keep inventory accurate
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
- Support product uploads, pricing, and store maintenance
What we're looking for
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new tools
- A calm, proactive problem-solver who takes ownership
- Based in or near Manchester and able to work from our office
